●基层必须干燥、坚实牢固、无尘、无污染杂物；为保证良好的附着力，使用亨历水性界面剂进行封地处理。

施工方法：
●  原始基层清理干净后，应选用合适的界面剂涂刷基层，当界面剂已被原始基层吸收并干固后，开始回填宝施工。
● 在搅拌容器中倒入4.8-5.2L清水，然后慢慢加入一包20Kg的回填宝，用搅拌机搅拌3-5分钟至均匀无团的浆状，将混合料倒出，均匀地铺开，用抹刀或专用的齿口刮板布展均匀至所需的厚度，或采用输送能力20-40KL/min的泵输送浆体至所需的厚度。
● 搅拌后的混合料须在20分钟内完成施工，刚施工好的浆料要避免强风和阳光直射。
● 在回填宝初凝前，需排除混合时带入的空气，建议进行消泡，保证表面平整。
 

包装与储存：
● 25kg复合纸袋包装。本品必须存放于室内，注意防潮、防止曝晒。托盘堆放不超过8层，保质期为6个月。

 

Product Introduction:

Backfill self-leveling is made of the high strength gypsum,fine aggregate and other additives,isgreen product.Good fluidity makes it possible to level the ground quickly.The thickness of asingle construction shall be 50mm.After 24 hours,a ideal base can be achieved.All kinds of woodfloor,carpet,ceramic tile,stone and other ground materials without special polishing require-ments can be directly installed.

Surface Treatment:

The base must be dry,solid,dust-free,pollution-free sundries.To ensure good adhesion,HENRYprimer was used for sealing treatment.

Application:

1.After the original base is cleaned,appropriate primer should be selected and applied to thesurface.After the primer has been absorbed and dried by the original base,start applying theself-leveling.

2.Pour 4.8-5.2L of water into the mixing container,then slowly add a pack of self-leveling.Stir for3-5 minutes until the mixture is evenly pulpy.Pour out the mixture and spread it out evenly.Use aspatula orspecial mouthpiece scraper to spread it out evenly to the required thickness.A pumpwith a capacity of 20-40kL/min can be used to transport the slurry to the required thickness.

3.The self-leveling shall be completed within 20 minutes and avoid strong wind and directsunlight.

4.Before the initial setting of the product,the air brought in during mixing should be removed.It isrecommended to conduct defoaming to ensure the smooth surface.

 

Reference Consumption:

Product consumption is about 17kg/m2·10mm.The actual amount depends on the constructionthickness and actual conditions of the surface.

 

Notes:

This product is not recommended to use in humid environment and outdoor.Avoid prolongedsoaking after the product is completely hardened.

 

Packaging and storage:

20kg/bag.This product must be stored indoors,pay attention to moisture-proof,waterproof,rainproof and prevent insolating.Pallets should be stacked in no more than 8 layers.Shelf life is 6months.
